Required if incorporated. This report can be filed electronically. To find your organization's due date, use your state's business lookup function. The due date is the anniversary of when an organization was incorporated. Failure to file an annual report will result in a penalty of $9 a month. Once an organization's annual report is 60 days late, the organization will be dissolved automatically by the state. |
